Qbicles

Our story

Qbicles was built the hard way

Built inside the businesses we ran. Tested under real pressure. Shaped by failure, rebuilding and the belief that commerce should work as one.

We did not study the problem from outside

Before Qbicles became a software company, we were running a 24-hour drive-through and a supermarket. We dealt with customers, staff, stock, suppliers, cash, transfers, card settlements and decisions that could not wait for perfect information.

A sale moved stock. Stock created purchasing. Purchasing affected cash. A delayed delivery reached the customer. The business was connected even when its systems were not.

We built Qbicles because we needed a better way to run the businesses we already had.

Africa made the system stronger

Here, cash and transfers coexist with cards. Paper and WhatsApp sit beside enterprise systems. Connectivity varies. Global manufacturers and tiny merchants share the same commercial landscape.

Building from this complexity forced Qbicles to be simple at the surface, powerful underneath and resilient when the environment refuses to be neat.
